21 Day Transformation Challenge

STOP AND ORGANIZE....You are choosing to stop and actively make conscious decisions to live each of the next 21 days with purpose.  This 21 day Transformation Challenge allows you to literally TRANSFORM your days into pure awesomeness.  HOW?  By STOPPING and ORGANIZING .  A butterfly isn't formed when the catapillar is in motion.  NO, it STOPS and allows it's new parts to ORGANIZE into a new creature.  Using your notebook journal as your guide you will  see in black and white what you are fueling your body with, what you are fueling your thoughts with, what you are doing with your 24 hours, what you want to be doing with your 24 hours and allows for dreaming big dreams as well!  So STOP and ORGANIZE a 21 day print out of the journal.

21 Day Transformation Challenge Check List

1) Send Deb Andrews (debandrews@me.com) the Commitment agreement and get the code to enter into the 21 Day Transformation Challenge

 

2) Identify and discuss with your accountability partner____________________

 

3)  Get a notebook to document your journey.

 

4)  Tell friends and family of your journey so they will be available to support you

 

5)  Get your shopping list together and shop for portion or all of this weeks challenge menu

 

6)  Get your water bottle clean and ready to go (DAILY).

 

7)   Plan your workouts and document in your journal what actually happened!

 

8)  Take your before picture and measurements:

I, ________________, agree to participate in Deb Houldin's Health Coach 21 Day Transformation Challenge.  Upon commitment and Deb Houldin receiving the commitment, I will receive a password to log into the 21 Day Transformation Challenge.

 

By placing a check mark in the circles, I commit to the following

O I am undertaking this challenge on my own volition and will hold ONLY MYSELF accountable for the results (WHICH MAY INCLUDE SORENESS, INJURY, AND EVEN DEATH... RIDICULOUS THAT ONE HAS TO PUT THIS IN HERE BUT HERE WE ARE) during this journey.  I realize this is a resource and it is MY CHOICE to use this resource for my 21 day journey!

 

O  I will email this agreement to Deb Houldin at debandrews@me.com by cutting and pasting it to her email!

 

O  I will inform my immediate friends and family of this 21 Day Transformation Challenge I am doing to get their full support.  If they choose to participate with me, they too must sign and send their OWN commitment form.

 

O  I will be working out 7 days a week for the next 21 days performing the workout Deb Houldin set before me to accomplish through written form or Video AND/OR another workout 10 minutes or longer that BEST fits me.

 

O  I will eat whole foods with little to no processed foods for 80-90% of my meal choices on a weekly/daily basis.

 

O  I will be drinking at least 64 oz of real water per day

 

O  I will work in my "Personal Analytics Journal" I download from this website or the components of the journal...DAILY!!:

 

O  I will choose one partner to journey through the next 21 Day Transformation Challenge....My Partner:  ___________________

 

O  I will ask for help and give my support to by accountability partner during this 21 Day Transformation Challenge Group.

 

O  I will take my measurements and a "Before" Picture Day 1 and again(measurements and an "after" picture) on Day 21 and send them to debandrews@me.com to be put in a vault unless I specify verbally or written otherwise.  

 

O  I will give an honest testimonial of my journey after I complete Deb Houldin's 21 Day Transformation Challenge.

 

O  I will do all I can to be positive and remember it is MY JOURNEY and I have ONLY MYSELF TO COMPARE MYSELF TO!
