seated 45degrees: lift both feet over weight side to side

Side Plank down and reach under
Opposite side down and reach under
ins and outs lying to sitting with weights!
plank: punch forward
mountain climbers
plank slide throughs
lying w/legs on floor:   roll up with weight (sit tall
ins and outs no weight
plank wide ins and outs
side plank : lower leg knee in and out
opposite side plank lower leg pull ins and out
roll straint up with weight (legs on floor)
plank mountain climbers alternate knee to opposite elbow
chop down right up left
chop down left up right
lying scissor legs: alternate straight legs, no touching floor!
lying Bridge (knees bent up) weight on hips
lying v-up (use weight if possible)
plank narrow ins and outs
frog legs reverse curls lying
